The ERASMUS-EDU-2023-CB-VET program: VET ecosystems for employability in Ghana, 101129109 – VET Ghana.

Rights and Advocacy Initiatives Network (RAIN) in collaboration with The Maastricht School of Management (MSM) and six other partners are implementing a project on the VET ecosystems for employability in Ghana. The programme is championing the triple helix concept which harnesses the power of educational, public and industry stakeholders to train youth for gainful employment after training.

The necessity of the programme emanates from the current trend where work of the stakeholders are isolated and lack relevant impact. The project will retrain students and graduates of agricultural colleges for industry readiness and entrepreneurial ventures by addressing interest of all project stakeholders.

The VET ecosystem for employability seeks to strengthen VET institutions in Ghana by developing skills towards climate smart agricultural practices and value-added interventions. The project is being funded by the EU.
